President Obama signed a $600 million border security bill this morning in the Oval Office with Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano at his side. It wasn't the shakeup many people want to happen in the nation's capital, but a moderate earthquake struck Washington D.C. at 5:04 Friday morning. The quake was a 3.6 and was centered in Rockville, Maryland at a depth of 3.1 miles. It was the strongest event recorded in the area since records started being kept in 1974. President Obama has no idea what his country wants, and that has never been more clearly revealed than by his stance about Arizona's proposed immigration enfoecement law.
