Leslie Nielsen, the ruggedly handsome, Canadian-born leading man who first made an impact as a dramatic actor then later became a comedy star, died on November 28.  His nephew, Doug Nielsen, told TMZ that his uncle passed away due to complications from pneumonia at age 84, stating he just fell asleep and never woke up.  Nielsen got his start on New York TV dramas after a stint as a DJ in Saskatchewan, Canada.  He wanted to get as far away as possible from his abusive father, who was an office...

Segway Owner Found Dead

The owner of the Segway company was found dead at the bottom of a cliff in England yesterday, one of his firm's trademark two-wheeled scooters near the body.  Jimi Heselden, 62 years old, apparently accidentally rode off the cliff.  Police say there is no evidence of foul play and are treating the event as a tragic accident.  Heselden was a former miner who quit school at 15 and eventually became a millionaire industrialist.  One of England's richest people, his estate is valued at around $26...
