Iran's first nuclear plant will get fuel next week, courtesy of Russia.  The fuel will be loaded into the Bushehr Reactor on August 21 in spite of United States protests.  We want Iran to assure the world that it won't use the plant for military use, yet our fears are unfounded since the uranium will only be enriched about 3.5 percent,  Uranium must be enriched at least to 20 percent for weapons grade, and an atomic bomb needs at least 80 percent enrichment.  The fueling and start up will take about a month, and when it's completed, it will enable the plant to send electricity to Iranian cities.
