So, big deal, a traffic jam, but we'll bet you've never seen one like this. The Beijing-Tibet expressway has been anything but "express" since August 14 as a higher than normal amount of heavy cargo trucks heading into Beijing and some road maintenance work have combined to create a traffic jam 100 kilometers long.
